Laura Zabicki's Sweet Dreams Cakery, has provided hundreds of custom wedding cakes of exceptional quality in Yosemite and the surrounding area since 1993. We specialize in meeting each couple's specific desires and working with a wide range of budgets. Laura has always liked baking and decorating cakes. Her desire to become a professional cake decorator led her to obtain a degree in Food Systems Management from Eastern Michigan University. After graduation, she held positions in Michigan, Northern Virginia, and San Diego. Laura's specialty is custom cakes (wedding, birthday, graduation, anniversary, baby showers) in addition to supplying other restaurants in the area with cakes and desserts.

Pleated Fondant Wrap Cake

One of her creations, a fondant-covered wedding cake adorned with handmade edible roses, was featured in the Spring 2001 issue of the nationally-circulated Elegant Bride magazine. Sweet Dreams Cakes

Supreme Cake This is the ultimate wedding cake. This outstanding confection consists of moist French vanilla or dark chocolate cake layered with tangy raspberry filling, two generous layers of chocolate mousse and a center layer of classic cheesecake.

Specialty Cakes Specialty cakes are made from scratch using the finest ingredients. All cakes are frosted with a silky buttercream.

Toffee Bavarian Cream Cake French vanilla or chocolate cake filled with toffee Bavarian cream.	Raspberry Cream Cake The same as Strawberry Cream Cake with a bright tangy layer of seedless raspberry in place of strawberries.
Chocolate Mousse Cake Moist chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and ganache.	Lemon Cream Cake Light, French vanilla cake filled with rich citrus Bavarian cream and lemon curd.
Strawberry Cream Cake Delicious butter cake filled with citrus Bavarian cream and fresh sliced strawberries.	Carrot Cake Moist carrot cake made with pineapple and pecans filled with a toasted pecan, cream cheese buttercream.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit will hold the date for your wedding cake. The balance is due two weeks prior to the wedding. Contact Laura for prices, or to arrange a tasting. All major credit cards are accepted.
